The problem

The PCOS tracking market has a trust problem.

The most popular PCOS apps have collected hundreds of complaints on Reddit and in App Store reviews about unexpected charges, data shared with third parties, and subscription cancellations that don't actually cancel.

"I cancelled 8 months ago and was still being charged. They had my health data and my credit card and apparently didn't need my permission for either."

— r/PCOS, 847 upvotes

Polly was built as a direct response to these complaints. Local-first, subscription-honest, and technically verifiable: if there's no server, there's nothing to breach.

Features

Everything PCOS touches, in one place.

Built around the six areas that actually matter for PCOS management — not the six areas that look good in a screenshot.

📅
Cycle Tracking

Designed for irregular cycles. Log period start and end, track cycle length over time, and see patterns without 28-day assumptions baked in.

🌡
Symptom Logging

Acne, fatigue, brain fog, bloating, mood, cramps, hirsutism — and custom symptoms you define. Rate severity. See trends over months.

🧪
Lab Values

Track testosterone, LH, FSH, DHEA, AMH, insulin, HbA1c, and more. Reference ranges shown. Trend lines across visits. Know when something's improving.

💊
Medication Logging

Metformin, spironolactone, birth control, supplements. Check off doses daily. See your adherence streak. Never wonder if you took it.

📄
Doctor Export

A PDF summary of your symptoms, labs, and cycle history — organized the way a doctor wants to read it. Walk in prepared. Make the 15 minutes count.

⚡️
Insights

Charts of your cycle lengths over time, top symptoms by frequency, energy trends across 90 days. Your data telling you something useful.

Lab value tracking

Your labs tell a story. Polly helps you read it.

Most PCOS management is about long-term trends — not single appointments. Polly stores every lab result so you can see whether testosterone is trending down, whether HbA1c is improving, whether LH:FSH is moving toward the right ratio.

Testosterone (total) 78 ng/dL
LH 12.4 mIU/mL
AMH 4.8 ng/mL
Fasting Insulin 18 µIU/mL
HbA1c 5.4%

Testosterone trend (6 months)

Reference ranges shown for each lab type. Tap any data point to see the full result from that date.

Privacy

Your health data isn't a product.

Health data is among the most sensitive information a person generates. Polly was built from the ground up so that nothing you enter ever leaves your phone.

📱

On-device only

All data is stored in Apple's SwiftData framework on your iPhone. Nothing is transmitted to any server — because there is no server.

🔐

No account required

Polly never asks for your email, name, or any identifying information. You open the app and start tracking. That's it.

🗑

Delete is delete

When you delete Polly, your data is gone. There's no backup copy in a database somewhere. There's no "30-day hold" period. It's your phone.

🔍

The technical proof: Polly has no network entitlements and no API calls to external servers. You can verify this yourself with a packet sniffer — Polly makes zero outbound network requests with your health data. The App Store receipt check for subscriptions goes to Apple directly, not to us.

Pricing

Simple. No surprises.

FAQ

Questions worth answering.

Yes. Polly is free to download and use. The free tier includes 30 days of history and full cycle and symptom tracking. Polly+ adds unlimited history, labs, PDF export, and medications. There's no paywall on the core tracking features.
None. Polly doesn't collect, transmit, or store any of your data anywhere other than your iPhone. The app has no user accounts, no analytics SDK, and no third-party data sharing. The only network request Polly makes is to Apple's servers to verify your subscription — and that contains zero health information.
Your data stays exactly where it is — on your phone. Cancelling Polly+ downgrades your account to the free tier (30-day history view), but nothing is deleted. If you re-subscribe, you'll have access to your full history again. If you delete the app, the data is deleted with it — because it only ever existed on your device.
Yes. Polly runs on both iPhone and iPad. Many PCOS patients prefer iPad for reviewing lab trends and cycle history — the larger screen gives more room for charts.
Three things: local-first privacy (your data never leaves your phone), honesty about billing (cancel through Apple, not through a support ticket), and PCOS-specific design (cycles aren't assumed to be 28 days, lab tracking is first-class, the export is built for doctor appointments). Most PCOS apps are period trackers with a PCOS label. Polly was designed from scratch for the actual complexity of PCOS management.
