These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Polly iOS application ("Polly", "the App"), developed and operated by Polly Health ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Polly, you agree to these Terms.
Polly is a personal tracking and organization tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, including PCOS.
All cycle, symptom, lab, and medication data you enter into Polly ("Your Content") remains yours. Your Content is stored locally on your device; we do not access, store, or claim any ownership interest in it.
Polly offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Polly+, which unlocks additional features (unlimited history, lab tracking, medication tracking, and PDF export). Polly+ is available as:
Where a free trial is offered, your payment method will automatically be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All subscription purchases are billed and processed by Apple, and are subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Because subscriptions are billed by Apple, all cancellations and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID account settings or Apple Support, not directly by us. Cancelling a subscription does not delete any data already stored on your device.
You agree to use Polly only for its intended personal health-tracking purpose and not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Polly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polly Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Polly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
