Plan your week. Know what to buy.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Dinnermap helps you choose recipes, plan your week and build a grocery list. Your information stays on your device. Dinnermap has no accounts, no servers of its own, no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.
This information is kept in the app's private storage on your iPhone. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
We do not collect any personal information. We do not receive your preferences, allergies, recipes, plans or grocery lists. The app does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across apps or websites.
If you add a photo to a recipe, you choose it with the system photo picker. Dinnermap only receives the photo you select, and it stays on your device.
Data leaves your device only when you choose to: for example when you share a recipe, or export your data from Profile. Where it goes is decided by the share option you pick.
Dinnermap does not sync or back up your data itself. Your device's own backup (for example iCloud Backup) may include the app's data according to your device settings.
In the app, open Profile and choose Clear all data to remove your preferences, recipes, plans and grocery lists from the device. Deleting the app also removes its data.
Dinnermap's allergy and dietary settings hide recipes whose ingredient lists contain the items you chose. These labels are a convenience, not a medical or safety guarantee. Packaged ingredients can contain other allergens, so always check labels and consult a professional if you have a medical condition.
Dinnermap does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
